Factoring Companies in Texas (2026)
Texas has the largest concentration of trucking authority in the US, and several major factors are headquartered here.
Texas matters in factoring for two reasons: it holds one of the largest populations of active motor carriers in the country, and several significant factoring companies are headquartered in the state.
Factors with a Texas presence
Several companies in our index are headquartered or have significant operations in Texas — including operations in the Dallas–Fort Worth and Houston corridors. We are verifying office locations company by company before publishing the list, because "serves Texas" and "has people in Texas" are different claims and most state pages conflate them.

UCC filings in Texas
Your factor will file a UCC-1 financing statement against your receivables. In Texas these are filed with the Secretary of State, and searches are available through the state's online system. Two practical implications:
- Before signing with a new factor, search your own entity to confirm no prior filing sits in first position.
- When leaving a factor, confirm the UCC-3 termination is actually filed. Do not take the factor's word for it — search.

Where Texas demand sits
Factoring demand in Texas concentrates around the Dallas–Fort Worth and Houston freight corridors, with oilfield services adding a distinct and cyclical second source of receivables. Oilfield receivables are factored differently from freight — longer cycles, larger invoices, sharper concentration risk — and not every trucking factor takes them.
National options
Nearly every factor in our index serves Texas regardless of where they are based. Being local is rarely a reason to choose a factor; there is no branch to visit.

24 of 34 companies publish at least one verifiable term. Everything shown was read from the company's own pages on 2026-07-29 — hover a Sourced tag for the exact page. “Publishes nothing” means exactly that: the company puts no rate, advance, recourse or contract term in writing publicly. In this market that is the norm rather than the exception, and it is the reason a comparison table cannot pick your factor on its own. How collection works →
